Serengeti National Park and other conservation areas south of Kenya’s border with Tanzania form the southern part of Maasai Mara-Serengeti ecosystem.
In the Serengeti, we witness 2 million wildebeests and other plains game move north and crossing into the plains of the Maasai Mara Game Reserve in an annual ritual popularly known as “migration of wildebeests.”
To capture the highlights of the migration our programs utilizes a combination of strategically placed lodges and permanent and mobile-tented camps to study this phenomena and its impact on the land. From these locations we can we take a close look at the animals and the people living on the periphery of the migration route. Visit the Ngorongoro crater and Olduvai Gorge-the cradle of Mankind-as we follow in the hoof prints of the migrating animals.
